Johann Wilhelm Schöler built an organ in 1768 for the Sankt Nikolauskirche in Miehlen. He himself carried out a renovation in 1818. In 1895 the organ was modified by Gustav Raßmann. A new bellows was installed and he replaced the Trompete with a Geigenprinzipal. Furthermore, the Mixtur was enlarged with a lower choir. In 1968 the organ was restored by Günter Hardt and returned to its original condition.
