The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1747 by Olof Hedlund
Olof Hedlund built a new organ for Västlands Kyrka in 1747 with twelve stops. The instrument was disassembled in 1855, and was rebuilt after the construction of a new church in 1862. In 1915 the firm Mårtenssons Orgelfabrik built a new pneumatic organ behind the prospect of Hedlund. This instrument was demolished in 1956 and replaced by a new organ from Grönlunds Orgelbyggeri. It is an organ with mechanical slider chests and 22 stops. It was put into service in 1959.
