Under consultancy of Manfred Degen, Johannes Zimnol built a new organ for the Bartholomäuskirche in Morlautern in 1996-1997. It is a two-manual organ with seventeen registers. Both manuals are on a common windchest. Five registers can be used on either the first or second manual. The organ was dedicated on April 19, 1997. Johannes Maria Dörr played the inauguration concert.
