- Saint Augustine's Church was built in the years 1827-1829 as All Saints' Free Church. The church was designed by John Heath. In 1949 the congregation merged with the congregation of Saint Augustine's Chapel, belonging to Trinity Parish. The church was name was modifed then to Saint Augustine's Church.
- The pipe organ of the church is a very important historical instrument, constructed in 1839 by Henry Erben. A restoration was carried out in 1977-1978 by the Hartman-Beaty Organ Company.
