The organ in the Église Saint-Vincent in Ustaritz was built in or before 1856 by Joseph Merklin. It was bought a number of years before the church was finished, and was installed in the new building in 1866. In 1969, a restoration was carried out by the Pesce Frères, who replaced the Salicional 8' with a Doublette. The company Pellerin & Uys overhauled the organ in 2013.
