- The organ in the church of Moorenweis has a prospect from around 1730. The organ that belonged to this prospect had eight stops. It was built by an unknown builder. In 1787, Andreas Handmann carried out some renovation work. However, the instrument has been replaced in 1832 by a new organ of Peter Paul Hörmüller. This organ had nine stops on one manual and an independent pedal. It was overhauled by the Gebr. Frosch in 1875 and by Franz Xaver Frosch in 1901.
- In 1963, a new two-manual organ has been installed behind the prospect by Hubert Sandtner. The organ has eighteen stops. The action is electropneumatic with cone chests. Sandtner enlarged the original prospect with two new cases on both sides of the instrument.
