- Joseph Stevens built a new organ for the Église Saint-Martin in Petit-Rechain in 1929. The organ is located on the gallery on the west of the nave, in two new-gothic cases, left and right of an arch with the rose window visible. The previous organ was sold to the parish of Elsaute, where it still exists. A new organ was possible thanks to a donation by Nicolas Arnold. The organ was dedicated on November 10, 1929. Joseph Jongen and Jos. Delporte played the inaugurational concert.
- The organ was modified during the sixties. Some stops were replaced by new more baroque style stops, like the Larigot and the Sesquialtera. Armand Siquet, organist in Verviers, was the consultant in this period. In 1991, Guido Schumacher overhauled the instrument.
