- In 1775 a second hand organ was bought for the Evangelical Church in Birnbach. It came from the church in Neunkirchen in the Siegerland. It must have been built about 1680, but the builder is not known. The organ did have some ten stops. In 1698 the organ was temporarily put in storage, because of major restoration works on the building. In 1708 Elias Salvianer rebuilt the organ in the church. In 1716 Johann Caspar Kirchner revised the organ, and enlarged it with a new tremulant.
- The old organ in Birnbach has gone for long time, but the historical case still exists. The interior has been renewed in 1805, and again in 1900. The current instrument is built in 1985 by Rudolf von Beckerath.
