Sea and Land Church werd gebouwd al Northeast Dutch Reformed Church op de hoek van 61 Henry Street en Market Street in 1819. Sinds 1864 is de naam Sea and Land Church in gebruik. In 1844 plaatste Henry Erben een orgel in de kerk. De kerk is sinds 1951 in gebruik bij de First Chinese Presbyterian Church, tot 1972 nog samen met de oorspronkelijke protestantse gemeenschap. In 1974 is het kerkgebouw ook eigendom geworden van de Chinese kerkgemeenschap.
