Het orgel in de Catedral Nueva in Plasencia werd in 1919 gebouwd Calai Elezgaray en Alberto Merklin. De orgelkas is veel ouder. In 1604 bouwde Domingo de Aguirre een nieuw orgel in een bijzonder fraaie kas, die werd vervaardigd door Juan Bautista Celma. In 1763 zijn er beelden geplaatst op de kas.
