- John Compton bouwde in 1937 een nieuw orgel voor Saint Peter's Church in Gloucester. Het bevat veel unit-registers. Het instrument werd opgesteld in twee orgelkamers, beide voorzien van een zwelkast. Het middenfront is loos.
- In 1984 maakte de firma Rushworth & Dreaper het orgel schoon na schade als gevolg van een brand. Het orgel is in 2008 door de firma Nicholson herbouwd.
