- De firma Casavant bouwde in 1926 een orgel (opus 1124) voor de Roman Catholic Church of the Visitation, 1946 Webb Avenue in Detroit. Het orgel is in 1982 door Randy Thrift overgeplaatst naar Maple Springs United Methodist Church in Winston-Salem. De kerk in Detroit is in 1989 afgebroken. Bij de overplaatsing zijn enkele wijzigingen uitgevoerd.
- In Winston-Salem was het orgel in 2014 niet meer aanwezig, maar er stond een electronisch orgel. Het lot van het instrument is niet bekend. De vermelde dispositie is de oorspronkelijke uit 1926.
