Around 1907, the Reygaert Brothers built a new pneumatic organ for the church of Teralfene. The case is composed of parts of the case of the church's previous organ, which was built by Van Peteghem. It is not known in which year and by which Van Peteghem. Nothing has been preserved of the interior of this organ. In 1927 the new organ was overhauled by Reygaert and in 1931 a wind motor was installed by them.
