Het Sankt Antoniuskrankenhaus in Kleve is gebouwd vanaf 1952. De kapel werd in 1954 gewijd. Er staat een tweeklaviers orgel aan de noordzijde van de galerij boven de ingang. Het is niet bekend wie het orgel heeft gebouwd, het bouwjaar zal 1954 zijn.
