The Sankt Marienkirche in Duisburg-Rumeln was dedicated on October 5, 1968. In 1971 an organ with eleven stops was installed by the Walcker company, model Positiv E. In 2012, this organ was demolished and replaced by a larger instrument, taken over from the Sankt Barbarakirche in Duisburg-Rheinhausen.
