In 1968, Frobenius built a small organ with seven stops for Harboøre Kirke. It was located above the choir of the church. In 1985 the organ was rebuilt and enlarged by Frobenius and moved to the west side of the church. The organ has fifteen stops on two manuals and pedal. The original work of 1968 was expanded with a new Hovedværk and the pedal was enlarged with three transmissions and a Gedakt 8'.
