Built by: Klais Orgelbau (1963) - opus 1247
The medieval church of Bensheim was replaced in 1830 by the current building, a neoclassical style church designed by Georg Moller. In 1851 Heinrich Schäfer constructed a new organ for this church. In 1945 the church and organ were destroyed by war. After rebuilding the church, a new organ was delivered in 1963 by the Klais company. The instrument is voiced by Karl Späth. The front was designed by Dr. Feldtkeller from Wiesbaden.
