In 1954, the Stahlhuth company built a two-manual organ with nineteen stops for the Sankt Markuskirche in Mausbach. The instrument had cone chests and electro-pneumatic action. It was replaced in 2005 by a new organ by the same builder with mechanical slider chests and 26 stops. The new organ was dedicated on 11 September 2005. Consultant was Josef Eich, organist in Kornelimünster.
