- In the years 1810-1812 Johann Gottlob Trampeli built a new organ for the Liebfrauenkirche in Schneeberg-Neustädtel. The previous organ (Johann Peter Pönigk, 1702) was lost in 1794 as a result of a lightning strike. In 1883 the instrument was restored by Robert Barth. He replaced the Vox Humana by a Salicional.
- More drastic was the 1909 renovation by Julius Jahn. The organ was now rebuilt with pneumatic action, and the windchests were replaced by cone chests. The Flageolet 1' was replaced by a new Trompete. The old prospect pipes were requisitioned in 1917. The organ was restored in 1955 by the company Eule.
- In 1980-1981 Eule built a new organ as opus 490 in the historic organ case with 26 stops.
