- In 1863, a new organ was constructed in the church of Biburg. The maker is not known. The previous organ of the church was sold to Gilching. In 1928, a new organ was built in behind the prospect of 1863 by the company Behler & Waldenmaier, with pneumatic action and cone chests. The new organ had seven stops on two manuals and pedal.
- The Münchner Orgelbau 'Johannes Führer' constructed a new mechanical organ behind the facade in 2005-2006. The prospect has been reconstructed in its original size. The new organ has seven stops on one manual and pedal.
