In the years 1979 - 2003 a group of volunteers built a new organ for the village church of Commequiers. Jean-Pierre Conan completed the instrument in 2005-2006, and worked on the voicing and tuning of the organ. It is a four-manual instrument. A Flûte d'Ours is installed on the pedal, which is a soft reed.
