Cooperation was provided by the Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester, conducted by Volker Schmidt-Gertenbach. The organ was built simultaneously with the Konzerthaus in 1928 by Josef Fabritius. It had been out of use since about 1955. The organ was later painted with a gray paint, making it hardly noticeable in the hall. During the restoration, it was repainted in the original white color with gold decorations.
