- In Frei-Laubersheim, the old church was used as a Simultankirche for the Roman Catholic parish and the Lutheran congregation. Bernhard Dreymann placed a two-manual organ in the church, that was inaugurated in 1845. In 1888, the instrument was overhauled by Carl Landolt. The prospect pipes, removed in 1917, were replaced by zinc ones in 1933 by the Gebrüder Gerhardt from Boppard.
- In 1966 a separate Evangelical Lutheran Church was openend, and the building was now only used for the Roman Catholic services. In 1969 major maintenance on the organ was carried out by the company Gebr. Oberlinger, who also renewed the Cornett. In 1996 the instrument was partially restored by Vleugels Orgelmanufactur.
