The organ contains older material: Organ case from 1753 by Johann Andreas Heinemann
Johann Andreas Heinemann built an organ for the Stadtkirche in Kirchhain in 1752-1753. It was a one-manual organ with sixteen registers. In 1930 a new organ was built behind the Heinemann front, which may also have been widened. It was built by Richard Schmidt. The disposition has been modified over time. In 1995, the Werner Bosch company carried out an overhaul.
