Eén van de oudste orgels van Aristide Cavaillé-Coll staat in de Église Sainte-Croix te Saint-Malo als koororgel. Het werd ingewijd op 14 juni 1846. In 1884 restaureerde Cavaillé-Coll het orgel, terwijl hij bezig was met de bouw van het nieuwe hoofdorgel. In 1911 voerde Charles Mutin een revisie uit. Hierbij is het oude pedaalklavier (achttien toetsen) vervangen door een nieuw met dertig toetsen. In 1978 is een revisie uitgevoerd door Yves Sévère.
