In 2004 besloot men definitief een nieuw orgel te laten bouwen voor de parochiekerk te Wampersdorf. Het orgel uit 1937 was dringend aan restauratie toe, maar de kwaliteit van dit instrument was niet al te best, zodat besloten werd het af te breken. Op 10 juli 2005 klonk het voor het laatst. De opdracht ging naar Achim Reichmann. Eind 2005 zal het nieuwe orgel opgeleverd worden.
