- In 1895 bouwde de firma Gebr. Stockmann een nieuw orgel voor de Marienkirche in Lügde. In 1961 werd het instrument omgebouwd. Het huidige orgel is in 1994 gebouwd door de firma Speith, waarbij de orgelkas en een deel van het pijpwerk uit 1895 werden hergebruikt. Adviseur bij de bouw was Helmut Peters, organist van de Domkirche te Paderborn.
- In 2012 was groot onderhoud nodig.
