In 1747 Johann Caspar Beck and Johann Michael Wagner built a beautiful organ for the church of Laubach. Johann Andreas Heinemann is also referred to as the builder. The instrument had two manuals and an independent pedal, and had 21 stops. The organ case was made by J.M. Reineck, while the carving was made by Johann Caspar Wöll from Büdingen. The organ was rebuilt in 1937 by Förster & Nicolaus. The traction was made electric. In 1965 the same company expanded the organ with a Kronpositiv. In 2010, Förster & Nicolaus rebuilt the organ, preserving the old case and the original stops by Beck and Wagner. The organ was inaugurated on May 30, 2010 with a concert by Wolfgang Stockmeier.
