- In 1763 Jana Wulfa built a transept organ for the basilica in Oliwa. The interior of this organ was replaced in 1900 by a completely new instrument by the firm Gebr. Dinse.
- The interior of Dinse was replaced in 2003 by another interior. This is an organ that was built around 1960 by E. Kemper & Sohn for a church in Germany. Jerzy Kukla from Lublin placed it in Oliwa. The transept organ is also playable from manuals 4 and 5 of the main organ.
