In 1981, E.J. built Johnson a new organ for Trinity Hall Chapel in Cambridge. It replaced a Harrison & Harrison organ, built between 1920 and 1940. Johnson's organ was replaced in 2006 by a completely new instrument by Carsten Lund. It was sold to the parish of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul in Guégon in Brétagne, France. It was dedicated on April 23, 2006.
