Pereboom & Leijser built a new two-manual organ for the church of Sart-lez-Spa in 1875. The instrument was dedicated on October 16, 1875. Around 1935 an electric wind blower was installed by the company Firmin & Joris. The organ was modified during renovations by Aloïs Thunus (between 1957 and 1960) and by André Thomas (1976).
