Het orgel in de Martinskirche in Morsum is oorspronkelijk in 1965 gebouwd door de firma Kemper & Sohn. Het had twaalf stemmen. in 1973 is de intonatie herzien door Eberhard Tolle. De huidige vorm ontstond na een ingrijpende verbouwing en uitbreiding door Rudolf Neuthor in 1984. Het orgel heeft thans 22 stemmen.
