- There was an old organ in the Maria Basilica in Danzig, which was completely converted by Kemper in 1938. This instrument was dismantled and stored during the Second World War to prevent destruction. However, the organ disappeared and has never been found again.
- In 1985 the company Gebr. Hillebrand built a new organ. An old organ case from the St. John the Baptist church in Danzig was used for this. This organ case was built in 1625 by Merten Fresen. The organ of Hillebrand is a reconstruction of the original instrument of Fresen. The organ was dedicated on August 18, 1985.
