The organ in the Wallfahrtskirche in Gutenstein was built in 1777-1778 by Stephan Helmich. The organ was overhauled by Leopold Binder in 1835. The organ was restored in 1953 by Josef Huber. The most recent restoration was in the years 2000-2002 by Walcker-Mayer.
