Op 1 oktober 1989 nam men in de Epiphany Episcopal Church in Timonium, Maryland een nieuw orgel in gebruik. Het was het eerste werkstuk van Richard Howell & Co. uit Baltimore. Adviseur bij de bouw was Thomas Spacht. Het orgel kreeg een niet-evenredig zwevende temperatuur naar ontwerp van Owen Jorgensen, met de temperaturen van Johann Phillip Bendeler en Thomas Young als uitgangspunt.
