Andreas Schuster from Zittau repaired the instrument in 1908. In 1925 it was replaced by Andreas Schuster & Sohn with a pneumatic organ, while retaining the old case and some registers. In 1996 the firm Groß & Soldan was commissioned to reconstruct the organ from 1830. The pipework was made using examples from organs by Müller, but also by Silbermann and Mende. The Oberwerk remained reserved for the time being.
