Carl Wahlstrom built an organ for the church in Ilmajoki in 1768. In 1876 this organ was sold to Raippaluoto (Replot). In 1911 a new interior was placed behind the old facade. This was replaced in 1985 by the current organ, built by the Kangasala company. The construction could not be completed by this company because the company had gone bankrupt. It is completed by Oulunsalon Urkurakentamo.
