  • The organ of Ringkøbing Kirke has been built in an organ case that dates back to 1633. The Demant company built a new organ in this case in 1861 with one manual and attached pedal. In 1888 Frederik Nielsen expanded the organ with a second manual. Frobenius expanded the organ in 1935 with a pneumatic independent pedal with two stops and altered the disposition. A final restoration took place in 1953, again by Frobenius. The swell box has been removed from the second manual and the disposition of the organ has been modified again.
  • In 2003 it was decided to reconstruct the baroque instrument. A new organ has been built for Ringkøbing Kapel with the work of Demant. Mads Kjersgaard built a new baroque-style organ in 2008-2010 with two manuals and without a pedal. The keyboards have a short octave and the temperament is mean tone. The organ was designed on the basis of the scarce data that had been preserved about the old instrument. The organ case has also been partially restored to its original form, but some additions have been preserved.
  • In 2019 the organ was expanded by Mads Kjersgaard with a free pedal.
