In 1925 plaatste de firma Pels & Zn. een orgel in de kapel van het Gymnasium Norbertus te Heeswijk, dat in 1957 is vervangen door een orgel van hetzelfde bedrijf. Het gymnasium werd in 1886 gesticht als combinatie van gymnasium en seminarie voor de priesteropleiding. Rond 1960 ging de school samenwerken met het Damiaancollege in Sint-Oedenrode, en werd de naam gewijzigd in Gymnasium Bernrode.
