In 1952-1953, the Verweys company built a new organ for the Hervormde Kerk in Maasdijk. The organ case was designed in collaboration with Auke Laatter, who had also designed the church building. The organ was inaugurated on March 23, 1953. In 1995 the organ was demolished and replaced by a new organ from Nijsse. A number of registers have been reused.
