1952 Adema-Schreurs Kerkorgelbouw  restoration

  • At the end of the nineteenth century, an organ was installed in the neo-Gothic Sint Martinuskerk in Noorden by the firm of Maarschalkerweerd & Zoon. The organ was restored in 1952 by Adema-Schreurs. On manual II the Dolcissimo 8' has been replaced by a Nasard 2 2/3'. Albert de Klerk was consultant during the restoration.
  • In 1982 an organ of the company Adema was placed in the church. However, the organ of Maarschalkerweerd is said to have been demolished in 1970 and replaced by another organ. It is not clear which instrument is involved here.
