- The Ypma company built an organ in 1880 for the Hervormde Kerk, Helden der Zeeplein (Westerkerk) in Den Helder. In 1944 the organ was dismantled by Flentrop and stored in Hoorn due to the danger of war. The Westerkerk was completely destroyed during the war. The organ was sold to the Gereformeerde Kerk in Breezand (Anna Paulowna, Gelderse Buurt), where it was put into use in 1946.
- In 1971 a new church building was opened. The organ has been radically changed and rebuilt by mr. A. van der Kuyl from Den Helder. The stoplist, however, has hardly been changed: only the bass of the Bourdon 16' from the Manuaal was removed and placed on an independent pedal chest. The Fugara 4' was shifted to 2'. The soprano of the Bourdon 16' can be used on the Great Organ (Hoofdwerk). There is no trigger for this register, but a metal bar in the woodboard. On the pedal chest, one place was reserved for a Gedekt 8', where a Prestant 8' was placed at some time. In 1990 the Vox Celeste was replaced by a Nasard 3'. The church building was later named 'De Samenvaart'.
- According to the inscription at the organ it was built in 1869. Because of the many problems of the organ, it was decided in 2016 to have it replaced. In 2017 a second hand instrument from England was installed in the church.
