In 1926, the Spiering company was commissioned to build a pneumatic organ for the Maaskerk in Rotterdam. This church was built in 1898 and was a gift from the heirs of the shipbuilder Van Renswoude. The church building was closed in 1965 and was then refurbished. Until 2002, it was used as a warehouse and storage space, but has been demolished in 2002. The organ was probably demolished in 1965.
