- In 1880 the Forster & Andrews firm built a new organ for the Church of Saint Lawrence in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. This church was on the corner of Edward Street and Chapel Street. After this church was closed in 1981, the organ was bought by Gerard Verloop from Schagen.
- After it had been in storage for several years, it was restored by Hendriksen & Reitsma in 1986 and installed in the Sint Jan de Doperkerk in Noord-Scharwourde. Consultants during the restoration and installation were Gerard Verloop and Bernard Bartelink. The organ was dedicated in Noord-Scharwoude in 1987.
