- In 1870 Pieter Flaes built a new organ for the Doopsgezinde Kerk (Mennonite Church) in Barsingerhorn. The company Spanjaard restored the organ in 1958 and placed the bass of the Bourdon 16' on a pneumatic pedal chest.
- In 1976 the church was closed and later has been sold and converted into a mansion. The organ was disassembled by the Flentrop firm and transferred in 1978 to the former Gereformeerde Kerk (Reformed Church) of Schagen. From that moment on, this building was used for the collaborating Mennonites of Barsingerhorn and Noord- en Zuid-Zijpe. Flentrop restored the organ and manufactured a new mechanical chest for the bass of the Bourdon 16'.
