The Sankt Pirminiuskirche in Pfungen was consecrated in 1901. In the same year an organ was installed, coming from Lommis in Thurgau. This instrument was replaced in 1964 by the old organ of the Reformierte Kirche in Pfungen, where a new organ was installed. This organ was built in 1948 by Orgelbau Th. Kuhn, and was commissioned on May 30, 1948. Karl Matthaei was the consultant.
