Demolished? (1956?)

  • After the war, a temporary church was built for the Reformierte Kirche in Dresden. An organ was also iinstalled here, built by the Jehmlich company in 1949. Some of the pipes were made from copper plates, which had been removed from the roof of the church during the war and stored. The organ had nineteen stops on two manuals and pedal.
  • However, the church had to be demolished due to urban renewal, and in 1956 the congregation moved to a new location at the Brühlscher Garten. The Jehmlich organ no longer exists.
