- The history of the organ in the church of Ruette cannot be determined from archival documents. According to tradition, it concerns the organ of the Église Saint-Laurent in Virton, which was replaced in 1910 by an organ by Anneessens. It may have been transferred to Ruette by Anneessens. However, it has clearly been renovated, with a completely new front, consisting of pipework in a free arrangement. The console is old, but has been modified. A shield by Maurice Delmotte has been attached, with a reference to a prize during the exhibition in Ghent in 1913. The organ will then have been renovated by Delmotte to its current condition after 1913.
- The organ has ten registers on the manual. The Tierce uses pipework from the Principal 4'. There are four register buttons that do not correspond to pipes, for a Trompette (B/D), a Cor de Chamois 4' (B) and a Trémolo.
