  • The Museum of Old and New Art in Berriedale, Tasmania, has a historic organ, built in 1847 by J.C. Bishop & Son. It was intended for Christ's College, Bishopsbourne. It moved a few years later to the home of Bishop F.R. Nixon, Bishopstowe (now called Runnymede) in New Town. It is also possible that the story concerns two organs, and that the MONA organ was directly delivered to the bishop. At the end of 1863 the organ was sold to Saint Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Campbell Town.
  • Saint Andrew's Church was closed in 2009. The instrument was removed from the church in 2009 and was added to the museum's collection in 2010 following a restoration by Gibbs & Thomson. The museum was opened in January 2011.
