In 1880 Johann Franz Simon Büttiker built an organ for the Sankt Klemenzkirche in Bettlach. After the construction of a new church, a new organ was built by the Österreichische Orgelbau Cäcilia. It was dedicated in 1970. Some registers have been taken from the old organ. The organ was renovated in 2012. A new console has been installed with a modern Setzer installation.
